What we appreciated most was the depth of context she provided. The visits to Wong Tai Sin Temple, Chi Lin Nunnery and Nan Lian Garden were not just sightseeing stops — Stephanie explained the religious background, architectural principles, and cultural significance in a clear and structured way. This made the experience much more meaningful. The cycling day in the New Territories was a particular highlight. Crossing the small ferry at Nam Sang Wai and exploring the Tang Clan heritage sites in Kam Tin and Ping Shan gave us valuable insight into rural history, clan structures, and everyday life beyond the urban skyline. The balance between movement, historical sites, and conversation was very well managed. Stephanie is knowledgeable, well organized, and thoughtful in her explanations. The exchange was both professional and personal, which we appreciated very much. Grace à elles, nous avons pris le métro, le Star Ferry, le funiculaire jusqu'au Peak et le téléphérique jusqu'au Big Bouddha. Et nous avons vécu une expérience inoubliable en allant à Shenzen avec ses taxis sans conducteurs, ses livraisons par drone. Ce fut une journée magique. Stéphanie nous a guidé pour 2 prestations (une visite de Hong en 5 heures et une autre de Kowloon en 3 heures)! Toujours avec un sourire communicatif et bienveillance, elle nous a livré une série d'anecdotes sur la ville, son architecture, son art de vivre, son histoire et les habitants de cette métropole! Nous avons fait plusieurs haltes dans des restaurants typiques. Passionnée, Stéphanie a rendu notre séjour passionnant! Prof d'histoire géo ayant étudié la région, je n'y ai trouvé que du bonheur!
