The visits to Wong Tai Sin Temple, Chi Lin Nunnery and Nan Lian Garden were not just sightseeing stops — Stephanie explained the religious background, architectural principles, and cultural significance in a clear and structured way. This made the experience much more meaningful.

The cycling day in the New Territories was a particular highlight. Crossing the small ferry at Nam Sang Wai and exploring the Tang Clan heritage sites in Kam Tin and Ping Shan gave us valuable insight into rural history, clan structures, and everyday life beyond the urban skyline. The balance between movement, historical sites, and conversation was very well managed.

Stephanie is knowledgeable, well organized, and thoughtful in her explanations. The exchange was both professional and personal, which we appreciated very much.
