While visiting Central district and recounting Hong Kong’s history, your guide will not be shy of anecdotes and facts referring to local rituals and superstitions that influence locals’ everyday life. The landmarks surrounding the area offer fascinating stories, which will not disappoint.
The itinerary also includes: Sheung Wan’s traditional district with its many dried seafood and herbalist shops, Hollywood Road, the Man Mo temple, the old Central Police Station Tai Kwun and Victoria Peak where you will enjoy the emblematic Peak Tram and Hong Kong’s famous view of Victoria Bay. It will then be time to hop on the iconic Star Ferry to cross the bay to Kowloon Peninsula where we will visit markets, renown districts and historical landmarks such as the Peninsula Hotel and the Former Marine Police Headquarters: Heritage 1881.
