Qi Gong in Hong Kong

While strolling Hong Kong, you may have seen groups of older people, sometimes in parks or sheltered under a bridge or a building, guided by a master in slow and harmonious movements. They are certainly practicing Tai Chi or Qi Gong.

Qi Gong differs from Tai Chi, a traditional Chinese gymnastic, as it focuses on moving and controlling positive energies, Qi.
